Amendment/s of the Company Directors
The board of directors with voting rights and shareholders have the power to add or remove a director, and a written notice have to be served on the director in question.
From the 04th December 2023, CIPC launched the new director amendment process which will need an identity verification and multifactor authentication process.
An OTP will be sent to both cellphone and email address that had been captured on the system, each director will receive both, thereafter the onus will depend on the OTP sent to be forwarded to Mapudi@serv so that the application can be finalized. The OTP is only valid for a period of 96 hours, if it expires, new pins will need to be generated.

1. Minutes of the meeting
2. Resolution
3. Resignation/Appointment Notice
4. Mandate in a case of appointing a third person to file it at CIPC
